“Stephan and I both worked in advertising as creatives, and suddenly the thought came: Hmm, isn’t there a gap here?” The answer was “Herr und Frau Klein” – a place where customers not only shop but feel like guests. “Everyone who comes in is greeted and should feel comfortable here.”
This personal shopping experience has proven itself over the years and has made the store a staple in Vienna.
