Google Pay is a popular e-wallet that lets customers store their preferred credit and debit cards. Google Pay is available all over the world. Consumers place their payment cards in the Wallet app, which means that the actual payment method depends on the cards that are placed in the app. 

The app stores all details and preferences of the various payment cards it holds. Payment is completed with a fingerprint or face scan, which means Google Pay complies with the Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) regulations required under the Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2).
